Working shouldn't cause you worry or illness, it should only improve your life. Our modern office is decked out with ergonomic desks and chairs, alongside any other equipment necessary to ensure our team are comfortable and healthy. As well as this, we have partnered with Perkbox to provide our colleagues not only with hundreds of perks, freebies and discounts, but also with free on-demand online GP appointments, prescription delivery and medical referrals. Birthday Celebrations
Who really wants to work on their birthday? For that reason, in addition to your paid annual leave entitlement and to the public holidays, you can also take your birthday off! If your birthday falls at the weekend or on a public holiday, we've got you covered. You can book a different day off that suits you best so you can plan your birthday celebrations the way you want to.
Not only this, you will receive a little surprise ecard from the team and on significant birthdays (if you choose to disclose it), we like to celebrate with a Collin the Caterpillar cake; it's a Wyre Solutions tradition!
Long Service Awards
Long service awards are a meaningful way for us to recognize and celebrate the dedication and loyalty of our employees who have demonstrated unwavering commitment and service over the years.
For every Wyre Solutions employee who achieves their five year anniversary, we congratulate them with their very own personalised Montblanc pan and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate!
Reward & Recognition
At Wyre, we believe that recognising the hard work you and your colleagues produce is an important aspect of teamwork which is why we run a reward and recognition program.
Every three months, employees have the chance to nominate and every six months, the senior management team nominate a colleague to win a reward of their choice!
Bonus Scheme
Alongside our reward and recognition programme, we also run a company bonus scheme. When we reach or surpass the business target, and based on your own individual performance, Wyre Solutions awards employees with a bonus!
Grow with Us
From your first day of working with us, you will get stuck into work, collaborating with large and high-profile organisations! Through every step of your journey with us, whether that is as an apprentice, a graduate, an esteemed IFS professional or even as a work experience personnel, we will be there to guide and support you.
We want to empower our employees and so, all staff members have access to the development budget to purchase tickets, books, virtual or in-house courses and training. As an IFS partner, we also support our colleagues with the courses provided on the IFS Academy portal.
Team Away Days
Work hard, play hard - that's the spirit! We have team away days where we have a review of the business's progress so far and then, the real fun begins. In the past, we have gone out for meals, completed various escape rooms and much more!
Charity Fundraising
As part of our company ethos, we are passionate about giving back to our community and to charities that are close to our hearts. Our employee engagement team work with the team to select a charity of the year and from that, we organise a team building event to raise funds for our selected charity!
On an annual basis, we also get involved with the Macmillan Coffee morning, collect food and toiletries for the local food bank, bring chocolate eggs to the children's wards in local hospitals and more.
About our Office
We take staff comfort very seriously and we want to ensure that all colleagues are comfortable in their workspace.
Our office is fully air-conditioned for the hot days and employees have access to hot drinks of all varieties in our office kitchen, alongside our drinks fridge an array of healthy and unhealthy snacks like fruit and chocolates.
The offices are also surrounded by large supermarkets such as Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl!
